- Neck — around the base of your neck, one finger inside the tape.
- Chest — around the fullest part, tape level under the arms.
- Waist — around your natural waistline, where trousers sit.
- Hip — around the widest point of the hips.
- Shoulder — across the back, seam point to seam point.
- Sleeve — shoulder seam over a slightly bent elbow to the wrist bone.
- Bicep — around the fullest part of the upper arm, relaxed.
- Wrist — around the wrist bone.
- Shirt length — base of the collar down to where you want the hem.
